Established in 2018 as a pop-up shop, Utility Refill & Reuse has evolved to exclusively online with delivery service in Portland. This eliminates remembering and/or lugging your containers for refills.
Our product ingredients are researched and professionally formulated to guarantee safety for the environment and humans. No environmentally destructive extraction practices are used to source our ingredients, and we do not and will not use health harming chemicals in our products.
The beautiful fragrances we scent our products with are made of essential oils only. We are honored to work with Crosby Elements the fragrance guru behind our luxurious blends.
